- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately, I have to echo the same sentiments as others. Dr. Willis is very rude, dismissive, condescending, demeaning, insulting; and even argumentative at times. She really should work on her bedside manner and learn how to adapt to the individual communication styles of each of her patients. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with Banner Verrado is usually wonderful. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Pyle is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Willis was completely different. She was very cold and unprofessional. I have never had a Dr so unwilling to listen to what you had to say or show less care for the person in front of her. I would like to think that she was having a bad day, as everyone can, but after talking to friends and neighbors I have found this to be her normal behavior.
