  Where do I begin? First off, three years ago I went in to have a single tooth extracted. Instead, I ended up having two and a half extracted. ( I was not having issues with the other two teeth). She couldn't quite completely extract the last tooth so she left part of it in telling me, " It's quite normal to leave a tooth partially extracted because over time the rest will surface and come out"... Uh, that was years ago and it had partially surfaced so my $800 partial she sold me doesn't fit... Never did fit well anyway. Useless. During her lame attempt to break up the tooth to extract it, her probe slipped under pressure and she stabbed the back of my throat... Talk about 3 weeks of pure agony! No apologies either, just " it's only a scratch". As I recall, scratches don't profusely bleed. What was worse is my wife ( during the same period) needed her filling replaced as it came out while eating a handful of peanuts. Did she repair it? Nope! She never even attempted to repair it, instead she pulled 3 perfectly good teeth from the opposite side of her jaw then told her she needed $2,500 in implants or her jaw will deform! If you look at them, you can see the implants are not even installed correctly. There was no reason what so ever to even touch those teeth let alone pull them. Her previous dentist ( we moved here from Cleveland a year previous to this experience) teaches dentistry at Case Western Reserve College of Dentistry in Cleveland and her teeth were extremely well cared for, near perfect. My advise? Run, run away as fast as you can before this woman ruins your smile and your bank account!!! we wish we had never crossed paths with Sunwest Dental.

  I love this dentist office. The staff are amazing people and the dentist is very professional and great at explaining your x-rays to you. I had my cavities filled and my husband had two teeth extracted and they made a point to call and check up on how he was doing and if he has any questions or concerns about his healing process. All in all, I will be recommending friends and family to them and will be returning for any and all future dental visits.!
