  I am so glad I found this place! I had been using a nationally known pharmacy/small dept. store for years. Won't say the name (cough, starts with W, cough,cough) but just finally got fed up with their automated refill reminder that always sent me a text saying "It's time for your refill. Just text Y back, and we'll get it ready". Except they never said What prescription, PLUS they usually contacted me at least a week early. And I had 2 scripts that the doctor always had to be contacted for refill. I consistently went back and forth for about a week, between them and my doctor's staff. Doctors always said they approved and faxed it yesterday. The "place" always said they never got a fax. I just got tired of the run around. Especially after the pharmacist "granted me permission" to fill a script my DR had approved and was NOT being requested earlier than allowed. That was my last nerve. So, I started looking for other places that accepted my RX insurance, and I found Xpress Care just 1/2 mile from the box. They are a small, no frills pharmacy. No wine, beer or alcohol. No frozen meals and 50 different cold drinks. No "As Seen On TV". But, the day I took 3 new prescriptions in and told them I wanted to move all my prescriptions to them, my 'scripts were filled and waiting before I finished giving the tech all of my info. I was dumbfounded! They have pharmacists who will take time to ask and answer questions. If you're fed up with waiting 45 min to 1 1/2 hours to get your script filled, with no one else waiting in line at the big box places, give this place a try. I sure am glad I did, and carry extras of their cards with me all the time. Because when I tell others about getting fed up with the place I cannot mention, (I usually hear back 'that's exactly how I feel') most all of them ask if I have a card. And I always try to be sure I do! (sorry this was so long! :-))
